Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Manager to join our team. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of our business operations. This includes business development, sales, strategic planning, project management, and profit loss analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
Floor moves, product knowledge and Team leader.
- Create and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze financial data
- Develop and maintain relationships with buyers.
- Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in business management or related role
- Strong knowledge of business development strategies and techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficient in strategic planning, project management, and profit loss analysis
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Strong problem-solving abilities
