Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer service department. Their duties include communicating in a professional and polite manner to customers regularly.
Customer Service is responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of customers at all times. They typically have the following duties and responsibilities:
-Supervising the daily operations of the customer service department
-Supervising the stores online order system: picking, ringing, packing, and shipping
- conducting returns according to dillards return policy
-closing customer service at night
-gift wrapping
-maintain cash room procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
