Senior Solutions Account Executive

NeuAnalytics is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales / Business Development team as we continue to expand both our competitive footprint in existing areas of expertise as well as new verticals. The successful candidate should be a highly motivated and passionate seller, owning & facilitating the entire sales process from beginning to end while working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer.

This individual should be a resourceful self-starter and able to work independently to gain access to senior management and decision makers of prospective client partners. You should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. A historical track record of being able to proactively build a prospective pipeline while meeting quota expectations is required. This individual will prospect, track and close new business, contributing to the team’s overall sales goals.

What You Will Do in This Role

  • Prospecting – work closely with the rest of the Sales / Business Development team to identify target clients, create an account-based outreach strategy, attend industry conferences, and respond to inbound leads.
    • Ability to proactively cultivate target / prospect lists.
    • Tenacious attitude – maintain outreach cadence and follow ups to drive opportunities through sales funnel.
    • Anticipate client and prospect needs, seamlessly facilitating next steps and managing multiple opportunities at same time.
  • Pipeline Management – develop a strong sales pipeline and proactively manage opportunities to achieve the company’s strategic initiatives and revenue goals.
    • Strong organizational skills – ability to track and manage opportunities by various stages and summarize / report on progress to CCO.
    • Historical experience with CRM systems a must.
      • Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date account, lead/contact data (Hubspot experience a plus)
    • Opportunity Progression/Close  – utilizing the combination of your industry knowledge and sales experience to pitch and close prospective customers through value-based and consultative selling.
      • Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
      • Develop and present value-oriented pricing proposals.
      • Work within the broader sales team to engage SMEs / executives / contracts to negotiate and close.
    • General:
      • Work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving sales environment.
      • Stay current on both NeuAnalytics solution portfolio and competitive landscape.
      • Develop understanding of industry trends and influencing macro/micro factors
      • Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
  • Develop and refine strategies with our CCO to exceed revenue goals.
    • Assist in driving expansion in key industries of expertise (ex. Banking, FinTech, Auto Finance, Telecom, Retail, Education & Utilities)while exploring other opportunistic verticals of interest (ex. Healthcare).

What You Will Bring to the Company

  • 5 years of experience in Software/SaaS sales, with a proven track record of success. Receivables Management, Compliance or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) software experience a plus
  • Team Player – positive attitude; excited by the challenge of working in a fast-paced & rapidly growing organization to build a successful book of business, contributing to overall sales team goals.
  • Persuasive – ability to sell a complex product to highly sophisticated, global customers at an enterprise level.
  • Communication Skills – superior written and verbal communication skills; your listening and interpersonal skills allow you to build trust easily with senior leaders.
  • Intellectual Curiosity – you love learning and have the ability to master complex concepts quickly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Solid MS Office skillset – PowerPoint (presentation creation & editing) and Excel (pricing proposals, ad hoc analysis) a must
  • Remote location acceptable; Ability to travel 50% of the time.
