The Clinical Educator works with the Clinical Director to orient, educate, and train the TCU and ARC Staff in accordance with standards, regulations, and best practice, using a variety of teaching methods. Assists new and current staff in developing role clarity, professional role confidence, and proficiency. Operates as a change agent in the practice and learning environment and assists with staff and unit development. This role meets the regulatory requirements of the Director of Staff Development/DSD.
