**Customer Care Specialist**

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Provide information about the products and services

Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

Document and update customer records based on interactions

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Bachelors degree plus 2 years of relevant experience OR 6 years of experience in customer service/care, sales support, or related area.

Export experience a plus.

Proficient in the use of a PC and Keyboard as well as Microsoft Office (Word and Excel required, Visio and PowerPoint are helpful)

Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
