Responsibilities:
· Completing Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS) evaluations for those seeking Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) through
the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) Autism Benefit. 
· Scheduling and complete assessments within funding source timelines for quality and accuracy. 
 
Qualifications:
· Master’s Degree in an appropriate mental health discipline
· License in the State of Michigan as a LMSW, LPC, or LLP
· At least one year of experience in the examination, evaluation, and treatment of children and/or adults with intellectual-developmental 
disabilities who have maladaptive behaviors.
· Must have reliable means of transportation for home visits and maintain safe driving record
