We need a dedicated individual to join our team as a Foreman for our Foundation Crew. As a Foreman for APSF, you’ll lead a team that goes to customers’ homes to safely install high quality foundation repair products and provide customers with a remarkable experience. But that’s not all. You’ll also be impacting homeowner’s lives by solving the most serious issues with their home.

• Hourly pay plus overtime, ranging from $45,000 to $75,000 annually
• Travel per diem/paid hotel room when required to travel

So you can be successful in the role, here’s what we need from you:

• A valid driver’s license and safe driving record
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar industry
• Excellent customer service experience
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background and drug screen
• Proven leadership experience in the construction industry
• Ability to walk, kneel and crawl for extended periods of time
• Ability to travel within a (6) hour radius twice per month
• Unrestricted lifting ability
• Excellent customer service skills
• Comfortability working in crawl spaces
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
