We need dedicated individuals to join our team as General Laborers to work on one of our foundation crews. As a General Laborer for APSF, you’ll be a part of a team that goes to customers’ homes to safely install high quality foundation repair products and provide customers with a remarkable experience. But that’s not all. You’ll also be impacting homeowner’s lives by solving the most serious issues with their home.

Here are highlights of what we provide you as a part of the APS Foundation team: 

• Hourly pay plus overtime, ranging from $45,000 to $75,000 annually
• Travel per diem/paid hotel room when required to travel

So you can be successful in the role, here’s what we need from you:

• A valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background and drug screen
• Ability to walk, kneel and crawl for extended periods of time
• Ability to travel within a (6) hour radius twice per month.
• Unrestricted lifting ability
• Previous experience in construction valued, but not required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Comfortability working in crawl spaces
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
