Bright Behavior, Inc. provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children with developmental disabilities, ages two through seven, in a caring and learning center-based environment, where patients thrive and therapists grow. We are looking for one or two BCBAs who are ready to join our team. The ideal candidate will have two years of experience, enjoys small caseloads, and is willing to work some direct with kids when needed. This position involves providing direct face-to-face services in our center.
We’re inspired to do things better than they’ve been done before and truly believe that happy therapists provide better therapies, which in turn advances patient progress. It’s a simple concept that is core to our existence.
What you can expect as a BCBA at our company:
  • Small Caseloads (4-9) patients.
  • Autonomy to schedule your billable hours.
  • 35 hour work week, 40 hours paid.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Master's Degree.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
  • BLS Certified.
  • 2 years experience working with children who have Autism or other developmental disorders.
  • Some medical knowledge.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Management experience.
  • A passion for learning.
