As our business grows, we are seeking a CRM Manager who will be responsible for developing Email & SMS campaigns that drive acquisition, retention, personalization, loyalty, and long-term relationships with the eCommerce, Retail & Special events KREWE customers. This person will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our global CRM, ensuring effective communication to all D2C KREWE customers and subscribers.
