Responsibilities:
- Craft and refine financial forecasts over short, medium, and long-term periods to guide senior management.
- Work collaboratively with operational teams to collect data and incorporate it into comprehensive operational forecasts including sales, cost of sales, labor, and marketing expenses.
- Manage and enhance financial reporting tools, such as KPI dashboards, flash reports, and operational analysis reports.
- Drive financial performance improvements by identifying strategic enhancements and presenting actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to team efforts by undertaking ad-hoc analyses and project work.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience in the Food and Beverage or retail sectors is a plus.
- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI is desirable.
- Expert-level skills in Excel are necessary.
