Job Summary: Manages every facet of the Pool Service division of the company. Coordinates with the Operations teams to organize and execute pool service activities. The Pool Service Manager manages every facet of the assigned client(s) pool care including safety, maintaining positive client relationships, planning and scheduling, managing crews, resolving day to day issues in a manner that results in completion of the tasks on time, on budget and ensuring that the quality standard of the completed work exceeds the OEG quality standard. Duties/Responsibilities:
Management of field operations including repair, renovations and service.
Oversea schedules and quality control for repair and equipment installation
Provide equipment quotes, resurfacing, tile, deck quotes for pavers and concrete.
Coordination of pool service techs scheduling & daily tasks
Manage field operations including quality control, quotes & training
Lead, direct and coordinate the day-to-day management of pool services at assigned properties.
Responsible for the safety, direction, quality completion and financial outcomes of the Pool Service Department.
Ensure customer satisfaction by communicating, identifying, and exceeding client needs.
Manage costs through the ongoing evaluation of labor, materials, and equipment.
Provide advice, guidance and leadership to all Pool Service Technicians in the department.
Communicate with Pool Service Technicians to coordinate high levels of customer service.
Collaborate with sales and administrative staff regarding schedules, budget changes, material and equipment expenditures, estimating, payroll, employee relations issues, etc...
Follow and enforce Company policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
Must Have verified Pool Industry experience of 5 years or greater
Residential pool service experience is required. Commercial experience is a plus.
Drivers License Required
Ability to work fast paced and produce quality results
Be able to work independently
Understanding of mechanical concepts and having a mechanical aptitude.
Ability to communicate well in both written and verbal formats
Must be service oriented to exceed customers' needs
Able to identify potential causes of pool issues (mechanical and chemical) and provide solutions.
Must have the ability to adapt to change quickly
Must be able to measure jobs and perform basic math for quotes.
Must have professional appearance.
Must have some computer experience - such as type, scan and email.
