Our passion is to create an outdoor environment that inspires, rejuvenates and elevates our clients every day. We are seeking a person to represent OEG as the Garden Enhancement Representative. 

Opportunity:

As the Garden Enhancement Representative, it is your responsibility to partner with our clients, client representatives, and design team to create and oversee the installation of award worthy enhancement projects for our clients. In this position it is essential to be available to work Monday through Friday during operational hours and some Saturdays when needed during peak seasons.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the client and / or their representatives, and our Client Representatives to create and coordinate landscape enhancement designs and installations.
• Consult, design / estimate, and manage the installation of landscape enhancement projects.
• Design award worthy annual color displays, and landscape enhancements for clientele as necessary.
• Diagnose and develop solutions for problems that come up in landscapes.
• Safely follow industry and regulations.
• Effectively navigate our operational software systems within 90 days.
• Deliver a project from conception to completion profitably and to the client’s expectations.

Training and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in landscape design or related field (preferred)
• Indiana Accredited Horticulturist Certification

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License with approval from fleet insurance carrier (Required)
• Strong organizational and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Experience with AutoCAD software, Microsoft Office Suites, Sketch Up, Photoshop, Land FX
• Landscape design, construction, and horticulture knowledge.
• Understanding of land elevations and layout in relation to projects
• 3-5 years of estimating experience 
• Good attitude, punctual, teachable, and self-motivated 
• Effective oral and written communication skills (Bilingual is a plus!)
• Ability to diagnose pest, nutrient, or other landscaping issues impacting trees, shrubs, and lawns.
• Values client and team satisfaction.
• Detail oriented and able to trust and follow the process.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $65,000 – $100,000 Annual Salary Range
