Join our team at 100 Bachelor Ridge , managed by East West Hospitality. 100 Bachelor Ridge is a boutique, fractional ownership property located in the heart of Bachelor Gulch.
We are looking for Valet / Bell staff to join our team! Our Valet/Bell Team Members have the unique opportunity to build relationships with our owners during their stays and are eligible to receive tips based on the service they offer our guests. Bell team members have been known to make as much as $30/hour with gratuities! We expect to offer our team a flexible, rotating 4-day work week this Summer! Duties

• Greets and assists guests with luggage and valet services upon arrival. Generates conversations with owners and focuses on developing long-term relationships with owners and employees. Offer guests suggestions for activities based on knowledge of area events and club amenities.
• Assists guests to their residences and provides a thorough overview of the Residence Club.
• Handles all incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism.
• Drives shuttles to restaurants, trails, and ski lifts in the Vail and Beaver Creek area.
• Prepare fires for S'mores when needed.
• Assists with loading/unloading of luggage and personal items. Assists with handling long term storage for owners. Handles shipping as per guest requests.

Employment Type : Full Time, Year Round
Schedule : Flexible schedule, some nights, weekends and holidays required; rotating 4-day work week for summer!
Pay Rate : $15.00/ hour plus tips ( with gratuities, our Bell team has been known to earn at least $30/hour ; you earn based on how hard you work!)
Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent and two years of hospitality experience OR equivalent combination of education, training and experience; Must be 21 years old or older.
• Must also maintain a valid driver's license which meets company established driving guidelines ( J1 visa students are not eligible for this role )
• Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-level attention to detail; Ability to work independently and to partner with others to promote an environment of teamwork
• Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift. Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend climb and carry objects as necessary. Must be able to work inside and outside at all times of the year as needed, based upon business volumes.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
