The Village at Northstar, managed by East West Hospitality, is hiring for a Maintenance Technician I. This role is pivotal in upholding our Association's buildings to optimal standards, ensuring guests enjoy a satisfying experience. Your expertise and commitment are crucial in maintaining excellence and elevating guest satisfaction. Duties Include: 

• Keep the mechanical and electrical systems in tip-top shape with regular inspections and maintenance.
• Ensure smooth operations by proactively maintaining association equipment and facilities.
• Dive into pool and spa upkeep, ensuring they're always ready for a relaxing dip.
• Give program units an annual check-up to keep them running like a well-oiled machine!

Location: The Village at Northstar

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $25-$33/Hour DOE

Schedule: Full-time role

 Successful candidates will have/be: 

• Minimum 2 years maintenance experience required.
• Proficiency in at least one core building maintenance trade.
• Completion of EWH provided CPO training and certification.
• Computer literate; experience with CMMS program preferred.
• Mechanical/electrical aptitude; willingness to learn additional skills.
• Valid driver's license; ability to work weekends and holidays.
