If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Big Chicken is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team and help us provide exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities :

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and leading a team of employees. Your responsibilities will include :

• Managing and motivating a team of employees to provide excellent service to our guests
• Training and coaching team members to ensure they are performing at their best
• Handling any guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
• Managing schedule and the restaurant in absence of the GM

Requirements :

• Prior 6 months minimum experience in similar roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexible availability
• Team worker
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company
