We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pressure Relief Valve Technician. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing hands-on maintenance, manual machining, welding, troubleshooting, assessment, and repair work on pressure relief valves.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct hands-on maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of pressure relief valves according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Perform manual machining and welding tasks as required for valve repair and refurbishment.
• Assess the condition of valves, identify issues, and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs, repair reports, and parts inventory.
• Ensure that all equipment and tools are properly maintained and calibrated for optimal performance.
• Maintain adequate supplies of replacement parts and consumables, coordinating with procurement as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in mechanical or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in hands-on maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of pressure relief valves or similar mechanical systems.
• Experience in manual machining and welding techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and work flexible hours as needed.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
