As a Professional Services Representative, you will play a crucial part in the success of the restaurant and unique venue customer onboarding. You will be one of the first points of contact for our clients and help to configure their information into the Tripleseat system. Throughout the restaurant and unique venue client onboarding, you will be able to set the tone of our award-winning support and service that contributes to our exceptional renewal rate. This role is a great position for someone looking to stay connected to restaurants, venues, and hospitality while helping our clients behind the scenes transition to the Tripleseat software.
This role will be an in-office role based in our Concord, MA office. We do have flexible work from home options.
What you will do:
Communicate with customers to determine requirements for their Tripleseat site configuration
Build, optimize & customize our customers' sites for maximum efficiency
Ensure installation criteria is complete prior to transitioning to the Customer Onboarding Specialist
Provide timely site edits and customer follow-up as needed
Participate in the internal hand-off of the customer from the sales team
Assist with the customer kick-off calls
Partner with the Onboarding, Sales, and Account Management teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
What we are looking for:
1-2 years in a customer service role preferably in the restaurant/hospitality space with project management experience
No coding experience required - but must be comfortable with technology
Ability to prioritize and process a high workload volume with proficiency, accuracy, and integrity
Desire to own, manage and drive projects forward to ensure deadlines are met
Ability to work both independently and with other professional services teammates across multiple workflows
Excellent written communication skills
Comfortable participating, and at times, leading video calls with clients
Proactively identify areas of improvement and ways to streamline processes
Comfortable with web-based software tools such as Slack, Salesforce, and Basecamp
Possess strong customer empathy and a solid sense of humor
