Camelot Community Care a nationally recognized, multi-state provider of mental health, substance use, foster care and other social services to children, adolescents and teens, seeks a Program Manager for an innovative, multi-site, school-based day treatment program in the Greater Cincinnati, Hamilton County area, utilizing the best practice mode, Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI). Camelot is certified by the Ohio Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services and accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA).
The successful candidate must have a Master of Social Work Degree (MSW) or Professional Counseling and must be licensed in the State of Ohio as an LISW-S or LPCC-S. Have a minimum of three years paid experience in managing behavioral health programing and proven success in providing administrative, evaluative, clinical, and supportive supervision to professional staff. Experience in managing a Day Treatment Program for SED children and adolescents is preferred.
The successful candidate will possess a skill set that facilitates effective, ethical, culturally competent and cost-effective mental health programs and services.
The successful candidate will be adept in addressing the needs of all program stakeholders to include: accrediting and regulatory bodies, parents, teachers, school administrators, program staff, and client youth.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; have well-developed time management and organizational skills; be capable of mentoring and motivating a large culturally diverse program staff and be a consensus builder.
