What You'll Do At Monteith
As the DEI Supplier Diversity Coordinator, you will work with our teams to increase opportunities for diverse businesses and Monteith Construction to partner. This includes a commitment to broadening and deepening our relationships with diverse trade partners, vendors, suppliers, and professional service providers. The DEI Coordinator will work with company leadership to build upon our DEI program to develop best-in-class inclusive business practices.

• Develop and maintain close relationships with diverse businesses and community organizations to source potential partnerships
• Integrate with Project teams, Estimating, and Preconstruction to source and facilitate partnerships at the start of a project
• Partner with Business Development and Marketing to participate in the Proposal and Interview process
• Stay up to date on state and local regulations for each region
• Develop best practices and along with leadership, promote awareness and understanding of DEI practices within the company

Experience You Should Have

• 2-5 Years of experience in the Construction Industry
• Exceptional Communication Skills and ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
• Experience with building and implementing programs
