This is a contract position through 22nd Century staffing agency and does not include state benefits.
Role and Responsibilities:
Support our HR team and help fill various positions in your local VDH department. You will be responsible for posting jobs, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and making hiring recommendations. You will also work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible candidates.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong experience in recruiting or staffing, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- A strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and familiarity with automated recruiting and application tracking systems.
- Knowledge of recruitment methodologies, EEO practices, and labor laws.
