Requirements for Warehouse Leads:

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to engage in repetitious bending and lifting
• Forklift Operator or Manlift (cherry picker) experience preferred
• Obtain forklift and manlift certification within 3 months
• Leadership experience

Schedules and Pay:

2nd Shift Load Lead (Requires cherry picker and sit down forklift experience)

Starting at up to $21.00

Monday through Thursday with a 12pm start time

Rotate out Friday and Saturday with a 9am start time

POSITION PURPOSE

The Warehouse Loading Lead organizes product based on its destination, stacks product onto skids, assists in banding and wrapping loads, and helps keep the overall work area clean. The Senior Loader is responsible for making sure that all of the loads going onto (his/her) trailer are loaded in the correct order, tagged with the correct locations, properly placed and strapped within the trailer, and is able to load the trailer to the max of its capacity.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Disperse product accurately based on its receiving location.

· Wear protective toed shoes and work in a safe manner at all times.

· Assists in banding and wrapping loads.

· Keeps warehouse and work area clean and organized at all times. 

· Move product manually with the assistance of a hand truck (Two-Wheeler).

· Must be able to complete a front load.

· Operate multiple types of Equipment.

· Assist Quads with stocking and picking.

· Lead and communicate with all of the back loaders on their lane.
