About our Team

ReedPop produces some of the biggest pop culture content in the world through live events and editorial websites, and this job plays an important role in bringing those experiences to life.

You will join the Popverse (a pop culture news site within ReedPop) marketing team, to drive membership engagement and extend the reach of Popverse content beyond the website.

Your role will help connect fans from all over the world to their favorite, movie, tv, comic and anime franchises.

We are looking for a creative thinker and a problem solver! Are you someone who can deliver innovative marketing ideas that fans and readers will love?

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to craft marketing plans that cover digital, traditional, influencer, guerrilla and word of mouth’ marketing for highly engaged audiences.

We are looking for someone enthusiastic about our digital properties and the events we produce and are excited about creating once in a lifetime experiences for their audiences.

Responsibilities

You will also create and deploy weekly e-mail newsletters

Working directly with the editorial team on social best practices

Driving website traffic for Popverse written and video content

Capturing content at ReedPop events to market Popverse

Assisting the Marketing Manager in tracking and measuring key metrics (ROI and KPIs) of all marketing initiatives

Requirements

Have marketing consumer products, subscription products, event marketing or relevant and related experience required

Possess excellent copywriting, communication, and interpersonal skills

Have digital marketing and advertising experience, including but not limited to social media, email, display, and search advertising

Possess professional level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms

Have experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)

Be able to travel 3-4 times annually
