In addition, AAA Travel Advisors also:
- Serve Members/non-Members through telephone, email, and web chat channels by selling and servicing all domestic and international travel-related products. with a concentration on Diamond Elite and Preferred vendor products.
- Operates and is familiar with all ACA travel systems and applicable travel partner booking sites.
- Complies with all ARC regulations and Club policies and procedures in the collection and handling of assets.
- Answers and accurately processes incoming telephone calls, e-mails, and web chat sessions related to AAA travel while demonstrating a pleasant and professional manner in compliance with quality guidelines.
- Participates as a user in testing of new systems/procedures. Mentor other Travel Contact Center Associates.
- This is a work from home position, candidates must live within our territory (•Connecticut •Delaware •Indiana •Kansas •Kentucky •Maryland •New Jersey •Ohio •Oklahoma •Pennsylvania •South Dakota •Virginia •Washington, DC •West Virginia)
- Minimum of a High School Diploma
- A graduate of an accredited travel school (Preferred)
- Minimum of Eighteen (18) months experience as a full-service Leisure Travel Agent
- Experience with domestic and international travel.
- Must be able to work one weekend day each week (shorter hours) - steady schedule. Choice of schedules.
- Extensive knowledge of worldwide geography.
Training requirement : (TBD) Monday - Friday (9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. EST) for the first 7 weeks. Work schedule will begin after training is completed. Paid Training. All computer equipment provided by AAA Club Alliance.
