Job Description

MISSION: The Product Manager plays a vital role in managing assigned product builds, independent research and development (IRaD) projects, Technical Data Packages, product returns, and product demo kits. The Product Manager is responsible for ensuring cost-effective and timely product deliveries, providing sales support, reporting on project progress, and collaborating with various teams across the organization. Demonstration of an 'A-Player mindset' is essential for success in this position. A-player attributes include continually seeking self-improvement, dedication to excellence, resilience, adaptability, and a strong drive to achieve exceptional results.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND YEAR 1 METRICS:

  • Efficiently manage assigned product builds and projects to meet cost and schedule targets within 3 months.
  • Manage cost models for products independently within 12 months.
  • Ensure Technical Data Packages are correct and complete for build and marketing purposes within 6 months.
  • Support business development in quoting lead times for products within 3 months.
  • Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders across the organization, including leadership, material control, manufacturing, engineering, accounting, marketing, and business development immediately.

TYPICAL EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: 2-5 years of work experience in product management. Preferably some knowledge of RF Engineering and Defense Industry.

Salary: $60K - $80K annually
