A healthy work life balance is essential:
- Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts vary between 5:30am - 7:30pm
- No weekends and paid holidays!
- You will focus on member engagement, fitness training, program development...and not selling memberships!
You qualify for this exciting opportunity with:
- Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related field
- ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, or NSCA certification
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications (American Red Cross or American Heart Association), in-person skills component required
- Group exercise experience preferred

A day in the life of a Corporate Fitness Works Team Leader:
- Creates a warm and friendly environment that fosters an exceptional member experience
- Builds connections with members and anticipates their needs with proactive customer service
- Assists with developing and implementing creative incentive and well-being programs to ensure ongoing member engagement
- Develops customized workout plans for members to help them reach their personal fitness goals
- Leads new and innovative group exercise classes
- Assists the team in overseeing general facility operations
- Demonstrates commitment to professional growth through industry and company involvement and goal-setting
- Support CFW Culture and initiatives
