A healthy work life balance is essential:

Monday - Friday, shifts are either 6:00am-2:00pm or 11:00am-7:00pm
No weekends and paid holidays!

You qualify for this exciting opportunity with:

Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related field required
1-2 years experience in fitness industry, supervisory experience preferred.
ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NASM, or NSCA certification
Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications (American Red Cross or American Heart Association), in-person skills component required

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour

A day in the life of a Corporate Fitness Works Team Leader:

Creates a warm and friendly environment that fosters an exceptional member experience
Builds connections with members and anticipates their needs with proactive customer service
Leads the development of annual program plan and implementation of creative incentive and well-being programs to ensure ongoing member engagement
Contributes to ongoing client communication including; reports and meetings
Supports ongoing budget management efforts
Develops customized workout plans for members to help them reach their personal fitness goals
Leads new and innovative group exercise classes
Assists the team in overseeing general facility operations
Demonstrates commitment to professional growth through industry and company involvement and goalsetting
Support CFW Culture and initiatives
