You will report to the Financial Reporting Manager. You will improve all aspects of operational accounting, including monthly close, budgeting and strategic planning, and financial analysis.Salary range: $90K-$105K/per year plus bonusYou Will: Preparation of the 10-Q and 10-K documents, earnings releases and disclosures for the quarterly and annual financial filings with the SEC.Financial statement close and analysis for Corporate headquarters entity, tracking financial performance against budget and forecast.Assist in technical accounting projects including the treatment of accounting issues, implementation of new accounting standards and compliance.Accurately prepare monthly journal entries and reconciliations for the corporate general ledger.Calculate the stock-based compensation expense globally, for multiple types of awards, and maintaining intercompany allocations.
