Job Overview:
National Therapy Center seeks a proactive and skilled Registered Behavior Technician to our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Department. This role is pivotal in implementing behavior intervention plans, academic programming, social skills development & collecting data. The RBT will work onsite with the child 1:1 and teach skills such as toilet training, feeding, communication, etc. and will help reduce their challenging behaviors in order to help clients and their families reach their full potential.

Physical Demands of the Position:
Sitting: | Approximately 2-4 hours per day, primarily while working directly with a client or documenting. |
Walking: | Around 2-3 hours per day, including moving within the office premises and working directly with a client. |
Bending and Lifting: | Frequently required during the day for tasks such as toilet training and must be able to lift up to 20 pounds. |
Crawling: | Occasionally required, especially when working with clients during activities or gross motor time. |
