Job Summary:

Kindeva Drug Delivery is a global force in combination drug delivery and manufacturing. The Lexington, KY location has a specialized pharmaceutical team that develops, manufactures, and commercializes prescription nasal spray products. We are experiencing significant growth and are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Lexington, Kentucky.

As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the supply chain process, from sourcing and procurement to production and distribution. Your main goal will be to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations within the supply chain while maintaining the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. This is a management role, requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to make strategic decisions to improve supply chain processes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee all aspects of procurement, including sourcing, negotiating price and contracts, and selecting suppliers.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure timely production and delivery of products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and distribution, to ensure supply chain operations meet business needs.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to increase effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to supply chain operations.
• Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of success
• Knowledge of supply chain processes, ERP systems, and inventory management software
• Experience with sourcing and procurement, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions to improve supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to supply chain operations.
