NOTE LOCATION: This position is work from home with the applicant's physical location being within a reasonable commute to Anthem office in Brentwood, TN.

**Manager I PAC Customer Service**

Responsible for providing oversight of a referral services unit for Post-Acute Care (PAC).

**How you will make an impact:**

**Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:**

* Develops, coaches, and mentor referral specialists.

* Supervises workflow and performance of associates.

* Accepts overload of incoming and escalated phone calls.

* Responds to providers and addresses challenges.

* Provides quality control services.

* Analyzes team, department, and product-line data to develop and implement action plans for improvement.

* Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates the performance of direct reports.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Requirements:**

Requires a High School diploma and a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

**Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:**

* Current or previous Team Lead or Supervisor experience strongly preferred.

* Call Center experience and healthcare experience preferred.

* BA/BS preferred. Management experience preferred.

* Competency in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
