Job Summary:

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for supervising and performing maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.

Duties:

- Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work.

- Coordinate with external contractors for some repairs or installations

- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks

- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)

- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field

- Strong technical skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work preferred

- Ability to fabricate parts or components as needed

- Excellent customer service skills
