A Site Representative (Site Rep) is an individual who lives on the premises in an apartment provided by 2Life Communities and is responsible for being on site and available on an on-call basis when scheduled. Specific duties include performing security rounds of the building and grounds at set times, and being on call to respond to emergencies and resident requests for assistance as needed. The Site Rep also maintains a detailed log of all the time expended and the activities carried out during on-call hours.
Compensation for this Site Rep position is paid for the duties actually carried out during on-call hours by providing reduction of rent for an apartment, the payment of all utilities, basic telephone charges, basic cable television. Compensation also includes $100 paid biweekly. Only those benefits required by law are available, such as sick time and paid family medical leave. Successful applicants will be required to enter into a Site Representative and License Agreement.
Compassionate with excellent customer service skills is a must; flexibility and good phone manners are required.
