CB partners is looking for a HR Analyst to join one of the educational institutions in the city. If you love supporting many different level stakeholders as well as creating/improving processes and procedures around employee hiring, this is the position for you!
Location: Chicago, IL
Work Environment: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
Reporting to the VP of Operations and Strategic Initiatives, the Senior Business Analyst will administer 5 different types of employee hiring review and approval for the Office of the President; conduct ongoing business process review and analysis for continuous improvement; coordinate meetings; develop and conduct training and write reports. The role will coordinate hiring requests, timelines, and other activities with department budget managers, grants and contract administration, budget and finance, human resources and payroll.
