Customer Service Representative
$10.50 - $13.00 an hour DOE
We are growing and looking to build our customer service team! Come work for an exciting new franchise that is the fastest growing laundry & garment care brand in Nevada.
We are seeking an ambitious, energetic and personable customer service shift representative that is looking to advance their career. Because we are expanding rapidly, there are multiple opportunities to move up in our organization & take on additional responsibilities as we grow our footprint.
What exactly would I do?
The customer service shift representative will focus their energy on two key areas that enable an exceptional customer experience:
1. Fast & friendly customer visits (drop off & pick up)
and
2. Accurate & On-time orders. While its not required that you are involved in the cleaning / production process, you will become an expert in garment care so you can help answer questions for our customers.
Do you have what it takes?
You must be great with customers, a natural conversationalist that has a consistently positive & upbeat attitude. At the same time, it will be helpful if you are computer savvy and a problem solver.
We will provide you with comprehensive Tide Dry Cleaners training and all of the tools you need to be successful and advance in our company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Our stores are clean, bright, fresh and air conditioned! Our process is environmentally friendly using Green Earth dry cleaning technology (and Tide/Downy products). We have a full-service drive thru service for drop-off & pick-up, 24-hour automated kiosk and our stores are spotless.
Ideal Customer Service Representative candidate must have:
- Passion for people and a positive attitude
- Strong team-oriented work ethic
- Able to think on your feet and work in a fast-paced environment
- NO Dry Cleaning experience required!
