As a Compression Agent, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, diving into our compression queue, visiting homeowners, making calls, and diligently following up with tasks. But your role doesn't stop there – you'll also be the unsung hero behind the scenes, assisting with back-end fund collections and ensuring homeowners receive the support they need. From navigating deductibles to overcoming challenges, you'll be the superhero homeowners didn't know they needed!

Working closely with our Compression Manager, you'll navigate through your daily tasks with enthusiasm and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bilingualism: Fluency in both English and Spanish is a big plus – double the superpowers!
• Reliable Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle for travel. While hitting the road is a significant aspect of the role, rest assured, gas expenses will be covered by the company!
• Infectious Enthusiasm: Display a contagious enthusiasm and a knack for delivering top-notch customer service that leaves homeowners impressed.
• Communication Skills: Possess stellar communication and interpersonal skills that shine brighter than the Arizona sun, enabling effective interaction with homeowners and colleagues alike.
• Organizational Skills: Showcase organizational wizardry to juggle tasks like a pro, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in your daily operations.
• Independence and Teamwork: Demonstrate the ability to shine both independently and as part of our superhero team, contributing to our collective success.
• Experience: Prior experience in sales, collections, and insurance claims is a definite plus, demonstrating your readiness to excel in this role.

Salary:
