Essential Duties / Tasks:

* Work safely while performing job duties

* Follow standardized work

* Meet or exceed production standards

* Load and unload parts/racks

* Trim, polish, repair, and inspect parts

* Production record parts using scan guns

* Perform housekeeping duties consistent with 5-S

Education and Experience:

* HS degree or Equivalency Diploma is preferred

* Experience in manufacturing operations is preferred, but not required

* Knowledge of safety, quality, delivery, and cost is preferred

* Critical thinking and problem-solving is necessary for continuous improvement
