You will establish relationships with customers to better understand the consumers' data needs, while providing data solutions that aid in the consumer purchase journey. As a key point of contact for Delta Faucet's customers, you will ensure that our customers and consumers have the right data and assets, at the right place, at the right time!
Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with key Delta Faucet customers across multiple channels
• Communicate product data information to internal and external customers
• Collaborate with multiple functions both internally and externally to ensure data integrity standards are upheld
• Understand internal and external customer data requirements
• Assist in finding, prioritizing, and fixing data issues
• Partner in internal systems initiatives that drive data accuracy
• Actively seek improvements to processes related to data integrity and reporting
• Manipulation of large quantities of data

Education & Experience:

• Degree from four-year college or university in Business or Marketing related field
• 2 years of related marketing experience
• Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel are required
• Experience building customer relationships is desired
• Experience with Stibo Systems or other PIM products preferred
• SAP experience preferred
• Effective communicator with customers and all levels of the organization
• Multi-task with little direction in a dynamic environment and be able to prioritize multiple, often competing priorities
