At John Mini Distinctive Landscapes, we make places beautiful. With over 50 years of experience, we are recognized as a leader in indoor and outdoor landscaping and holiday design. We design, build, and maintain landscapes all over the tri-state area of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. 

 We are hiring a Business Development Coordinator to join our team.

 Work/life balance is important to us, and this role will allow for hybrid flexibility between working in our Rockland County HQ, LIC office and from home.

 In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Interfacing with new potential clients via phone calls in particular as well as, video conferences, email, direct mailers, and in person meetings to promote our brand and create appointment opportunities. 
• Use creative methods to discover new client opportunities. 
• Track our internal employee lead program to grow and promote qualified lead initiatives. 
• Coordinate internal project meetings
• Track and manage progress of all new business opportunities

 Position requirements:

• Excellent Organization and Communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to attend training at our HQ in Congers, NY for 6 weeks
