The Building Maintenance Engineer performs all building engineering functions required, including appliance repair, plumbing, snow removal, painting, equipment moving, etc. HVAC, plumbing and/or electrical skill set preferred. Will use technical skills to service, repair, replace and protect the physical assets of the casinos. Must be able to work safely and effectively alone or with others.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous Maintenance experience and knowledge that includes:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Constant brisk walking, setting up and climbing ladders, stooping, kneeling, squatting, and standing for an entire work shift, with standard breaks. Working in confined areas, with floors, which are or may become slippery. Lifting up to 80 pounds to move supplies and equipment. Working indoor and outdoor, which is subject to extreme temperatures and adverse weather conditions and frequently high noise levels. May work at heights up to 30 feet.
