We are currently seeking a Structural Steel Detailer whose role include understanding of steel purchasing, fabrication, and erection operations. Apply all information on drawings to facilitate these operations and know the basics of miscellaneous steel detailing and construction.

• Understanding of steel purchasing, fabrication, and erection operations. Apply all information on drawings to facilitate these operations. ( Required)

• Communicate project conditions to supervisor

• Operate 3D modeling system, Tekla structures.

• Follow procedures when transmitting information or drawings

• Know the basics of miscellaneous steel detailing and construction

• Make decisions based on the best interest of the company

· Review and analyze architectural plans and specifications

· Ensure accuracy and precision in all drawings and models

· Make revisions and updates to drawings as necessary

· Maintain organized files and documentation for each project

· Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Skills Required

• Must have a solid background in steel detailing.

• Minimum of 4 years of recent experience modeling.

• Must have 4 years of experience with Tekla Structures

• Must have knowledge of basic principles of structural steel detailing.

• Ability to read design drawings.

Education/Training/Certifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
