We are looking for a Lead Data Architect with a deep understanding of the MS Stack, including SQL, Azure, ADF/Synapse, PowerBI, and DB2, coupled with strong database experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing robust data architecture solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. As a Lead Data Architect, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our team in the development and execution of innovative data strategies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that drive business growth and success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of data architecture solutions utilizing MS Stack technologies, including SQL, Azure, ADF/Synapse, PowerBI, and DB2.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
• Develop and maintain data models, schemas, and databases to support business applications and analytical needs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, guiding them in best practices and methodologies for data architecture.
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and tools to enhance our data architecture capabilities.
• Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards throughout the data lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in data architecture, with expertise in the MS Stack, including SQL, Azure, ADF/Synapse, PowerBI, and DB2.
• Strong proficiency in database design, development, and optimization, with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Proven experience leading complex data architecture projects from conception to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of data governance principles, data modeling techniques, and ETL processes.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate) are a plus.
