Sentry Management, a national leader in the Community Management Industry is seeking a Security Patrol person in for a Community in our Albuquerque, NM market.

The Security Patrol is responsible for patrolling and monitoring activities on the communities premises regularly to ensure the environment is safe and secure. This position requires interaction with homeowners, vendors, HOA community managers, and the Association Board of Directors.

General Maintenance Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

• Evicting trespassers and violators while following legal protocols before relevant authorities arrive to take over
• Observe the entrance and departure of homeowners, visitors and vehicles according to protocols
• Monitoring surveillance cameras to watch out for any disruptions or unlawful activities
• Providing detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents that may have occurred to management
• Testing security systems
• Protect the property, staff and the environment by keeping the location secure.
• Report any suspicious incidences to management in detail.
• Act in a lawful manner while in defense of the property, staff and environment they are in charge of.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the community building and perimeter on an hourly basis. Document patrol.
