Clean Scapes is hiring Landscape Maintenance Crew Members.

QUALIFICATIONS

• No prior landscaping experience required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Willingness to follow direction and instruction from Crew Leaders and Account Managers
• Operate vehicles and powered equipment including mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, sod cutters, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, blowers and hand tools
• Perform basic landscape duties on large client properties like mowing, edging, trimming, aerating, top dressing, laying down sod and mulch, planting flowers, cleaning up debris, digging, blowing leaves, pulling weeds, watering plans etc.
• Take care of all equipment and materials
• Perform loading and unloading of power equipment, tools, materials, and debris each day to and from vehicles
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment used
• Wash truck weekly or as indicated by management
• Attend training classes as needed or instructed by superiors
• Follow safety policies, guidelines and instructions
• Other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL DEMANDS (all required to be done for up to 10 hours or more a day):
This role involves heavy lifting, manual dexterity, and various physical tasks in diverse Texas weather conditions. Safety and awareness are crucial, especially when handling machinery and equipment.
