Job Overview: As a Landscape Maintenance Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and visual appeal of outdoor spaces. Working as part of a dynamic team, you'll be responsible for performing various tasks related to landscape maintenance, contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Grounds Maintenance: Perform routine tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, and pruning to maintain lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas.
• Plant Care: Assist in planting and caring for flowers, shrubs, and trees according to landscaping designs. Apply mulch and fertilizers as needed.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers. Report any equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Site Cleanup: Keep work areas clean and organized. Dispose of green waste and debris properly.
• Assist in Hardscape Projects: Provide support during the installation of hardscape features such as pathways, patios, and retaining walls.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Qualifications:

• Physically fit and able to perform labor-intensive tasks in various weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of plant care and landscaping techniques is a plus.
• Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment.
• Strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
