- Experience/ability to operate equipment such as commercial zero-turn riding mowers, brake-controlled walk-behind mowers, line trimmers, blowers, etc.
- Availability to work a varied schedule(including some weekends as needed) in sometimes adverse weather conditions.
- Ability to consistently lift 60 pounds and walk 2 miles per day.
- High attention to detail.
- Must help maintain a positive and friendly work environment among the crew members.
- Assists lawn maintenance crew leader in all areas of daily operations.
- Review schedules of clients.
- Prep Trucks & equipment.
- Operations, quality control, punctuality, and safety.
- Performing landscape and maintenance tasks on client properties.
- Perform work contracted to be implemented efficiently and according to the contracted specification.
- Perform all tasks of operations including but not limited to mowing, line trimming, blowing, leaf and debris removal, weeding, edging, hedging, raking, pruning and mulch installation.
- Accurately complete all weekly schedules and report all sales opportunities.
- Proper use of safety equipment, Personal Protective Equipment, and ergonomic practices.
- Prepare for the next day’s jobs every evening.
- Strict adherence to the company's employee manual & procedures as required from all employees.
