*7p-7:30a *Position Summary:
- RN uses clinical judgment skills to diagnose and treat patient responses to actual or potential health conditions. RN assesses, monitors, detects, plans and takes appropriate action to prevent potential physiological complications and promotes optimal level of health. RN is accountable for integrating care within scope of practice licensure, relevant education and experience. RN reports to shift Team Leader and is accountable to the Department Manager. RN utilizes Policies and Procedures to guide job duties. Level specific criteria are evaluated annually and can be found in the MNM RN Clinical Ladder. Responsibilities:
- Assesses the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient. Plans and implements nursing care according to patient and family needs. Makes appropriate interventions based upon individual patient needs. Evaluates patient responses to nursing interventions. Assumes personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, environment, and professional development. QualificationRequired
- Associate Degree from an accredited Nursing program
- Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license
- BLS certification Preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited Nursing program
