Hillandale Farms is in search of an Accounts Payable Associate to join our team in Gettysburg, PA! This position will be responsible for performing day to day functions related to processing AP.

Essential Functions

• Process accounts payable; coding invoices, invoice entry and processing of payments.
• Track employee uniform accounts and other encumbered accounts.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associates/Bachelors degree in accounting or related field preferred - Will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
• Training or experience in computer applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Understanding of basic accounting/bookkeeping principles
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the, employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
