The ideal candidate is one who is capable of meeting and connecting with new people, has high energy, and is result-oriented. You will be directly involved with establishing and maintaining professional referral relationships with local medical providers and with promoting all of our facilities to include Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Radiation Oncology, Urology, Orthopedic, Cath Lab, Pharmacy and Surgery Center.
*Job Summary:*The Marketing Representative conducts marketing campaigns to acquire, convert, and retain referrals. Achieve measurable results for overall business and superior medical outcome objectives.
*DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Develop and maintain relationships with referring physician’s offices through sales calls, presentations, and other means as needed.
* Implementation and activation of marketing plans.
* Actively generates patient referrals through existing referral sources in the community, including medical providers, ancillary providers, nurse case managers, trades shows and other existing or new sources.
* Assist office managers with referring physician concerns and/or issues.
* Demonstrate flexible and efficient management and ability to prioritize work load.
* Participation in industry and community events to promote our services. This includes occasional evening and weekend events.
* Coordinates marketing events and staff participation for facilities
* Utilize monthly marketing budget to increase referral base through luncheons, promotional giveaways and materials.
* Maintain inventory of marketing materials and literature at all times.
* Knowledge of all modalities and procedures performed by each facility
* Develop and maintain good collaborative working relationship between referring offices and our facilities.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE*
* Minimum 3 years Medical Marketing Experience.
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Understanding of CRM software such as Salesforce or Zoho
* Must have the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
* Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience
* *Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to travel throughout assigned territory of Central Florida.*
