• Job Summary : *The Marketing Representative conducts marketing campaigns to acquire, convert, and retain referrals. Achieve measurable results for overall business and superior medical outcome objectives.
• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : *
• Develop and maintain relationships with referring physician’s offices through sales calls, presentations, and other means as needed.
• Implementation and activation of marketing plans.
• Actively generates patient referrals through existing referral sources in the community, including medical providers, ancillary providers, nurse case managers, trades shows and other existing or new sources.
• Assist office managers with referring physician concerns and / or issues.
• Demonstrate flexible and efficient management and ability to prioritize work load.
• Participation in industry and community events to promote our services. This includes occasional evening and weekend events.
• Coordinates marketing events and staff participation for facilities
• Utilize monthly marketing budget to increase referral base through luncheons, promotional giveaways and materials.
• Maintain inventory of marketing materials and literature at all times.
• Knowledge of all modalities and procedures performed by each facility
• Develop and maintain good collaborative working relationship between referring offices and our facilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE*
• Minimum 3 years Medical Marketing Experience.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Understanding of CRM software such as Salesforce or Zoho
• Must have the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to travel throughout assigned territory of Central Florida.*
